The entire group shared in the exercises… The highlight of the two days was the part on "Brief Descriptions of the Five Conflict Management Styles" and the section for "Scoring the Conflict Management Styles Assessment". That helped each one of us to see what our individual management styles are and where we need to focus our attention on ourselves as individuals.
